British Association of Dermatologists

The British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) is the professional organisation for Consultant, Trainee and Staff and Associate Specialist dermatologists in the UK and Eire.

Established in 1920, it is a registered charity with an incorporated body of trustees, the Executive Committee, who are all dermatologists elected by the membership. The Officers, supported by the professional staff carry out the day to day business from Willan House, the headquarters building in central London.

The Conference and Event Services Department of the BAD is responsible for the majority of meetings, conferences and events held on behalf of the Association. These meetings are of the highest standard and range from training days held at BAD House, through to the Annual Meeting. 

Due to the success of the department as a professional conference organiser, it now offers its service to other organisations and specialist dermatology groups outside of the BAD and continues to develop its annual programme of events.
